speaking of which, gombak's sky is filled with stars and even as i gaze at them in the darkness, these stars make me happy. even though they're a million miles away and burning out.

and i forgot that i wanted to blog about something, today i cleared my room out coz ma had bought a new bed for me.. and i realise the things that i keep (i threw away ALOT of stuff) were the things that were personal, birthday presents, souvenirs, lucky charms etc etc.. and i wonder..

sometimes the smallest, most un-meaningful things you give someone can be the stuff they keep for life. eg: coke glass bottle from sk in sec 1, my first straw heart and blah blah..

its not the price of the stuff, its the memories they hold.. thanks for the memories.

rainy november

i figured i might as well finish my posting..

tues, met jang, alfone, ozy and ant for dinner at GLMZ. pwned ant in pool and won 2 free drinks which i didnt claim in order to offset the pool money.. = free pool. anyway after that there was this super funny thing that happened that i wont mind typing out..

after pool, ozy suggested mac. (we are at the 4th floor of beauty, mac at 1st). ant went to the toilet. jang went home alr. the 3 of us decided to go down.

me: arent we waiting for ant?

alf: *in the captain face* didnt he already went down? right ozy?

ozy: ya

and we 3 go 3rd floor toilet to hide. LOL.. ozy predicted he will call.. he calls alf..

alf: i dunno where the other 2 go, i told u i going down to ATM alr, u call ozy ba..

ant calls ozy

ozy: im at the bus stop already, dunno where u all go.. *halfway thru starts laughing* k la ant we just joking, meet u at mac.

3 of us go mac and find ant missing. ant is at the busstop already. he doesnt want to come back. calls are ignored and msgs too.

alf: waaah that honglin ar, really damn sensitive.

weds, spent doing AEROMATERIALS. WHICH SUCKS. and the whole day sucks also.

in a really random mood

actually, i didnt mean to come here to blog but seeing that class starts at 10am tml instead and i have nothing better to do..

anyway, i just saw something really really touching from the last place you'd see, to think that such a small action could mean so much to someone else. which really reminded me of one of my goals: to make someone happy. (daily)

well, lately i cant seem to say that i have hit that goal, its more often than not that i've made someone unhappy instead. well, i guess i really do need to leave that note in my wallet, along with my note about my FYP and the other note. (please do not steal my wallet. or my hp either, esp u wenny the ex-pek-tao)

its been a pretty short 5 days that my parents have been away, so heres whats been happening since and i shall start with last friday because i cant be bothered with the previous week.

friday i had lunch with alfone and nicky at GLM, dinner at JP and paranormal activity followed by poker till 4am. was pretty lucky that night *winks winks* (queen 10?)

sat, was late for grandpa's death anniversary meetup with the family. so sorry. lim family lunch at some dim sum restaurant. dinner at westcoast plaza to celebrate roger's bday with the bball dudes. got myself a new slingbag..

sun, soccer in the morning, lunch and home. was pretty tired and napped. woke and had to grab dinner myself. tsk tsk.

it would suck to have to stay in a place forever just waiting for your family to visit you once a year on your death anniversary..

BUT it is important that the place is still used as the place to remember a person, its just like leaving a small piece of yourself behind for the benefit of your family members to have a token of what your life meant to them..

i wanted to talk to my grandpa today but i just couldnt speak out loud with my whole family around, maybe i'll visit you another day grandpa, your actual 4th anniversary on monday..

and even if i dont, if you ever are reading this blog, i'd just like to tell you that the whole family still remembers you in their hearts..
