today, while walking in school still hung over from the depression shots last night, i saw in a distance two familiar fellows. both wenny and bernard had permanent smiles on their faces, and they were practically radiating with happiness. it smelt of contentment and rang with excitement. accomplishment, belief, self fulfillment and gratification all merged into a single entity.
i need some of that magic too. but somehow i know, magic only works on people who believe in them.
